President Message

Eng'r. Domingos Francisco - Director

The National Oil Institute (NOI) is today an important reference in the Angolan oil market. The wide range of training offered by the school has been providing students with a fast integration into the job market and, simultaneously, the development and modernization of our country. This school already provides more than 10% of the needs of skilled labor in this sector, both in the vocational training and in the higher education. Due to this intensive work, we have graduated students occupying places of importance in the oil companies and other public and private institutions.

The mission assigned to the NOI has still a long way to pursue and important challenges to be achieved. Therefore, the Institute is committed

to improve and provide answers to the constant needs of the training and, is focused on the transparency and quality which are the most important principles of management to reach their outcomes.

For new projects it is important the constant tutelage of the Ministry of Oil and the Ministry of Education to support the several areas of intervention. Our idea is clear: the development and modernization of the school, the strengthening and quality of opportunities in collaboration with our institutions, oil companies and other partners (public and private), as well as the establishment of Colleges that will ensure the full cycle of oil-bearing training in our institution.
